Actifade Review
Actifade’s big push is that they can make “age spots fade away as you sleep.” They claim it will give you a brighter and more youthful appearance simply by taking away these age spots.
The problem is age spots are only part of the whole equation. You can find their products exclusively at Walgreens and other CVS pharmacies. They forget the part about getting rid of wrinkles though.
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
But there are really no wrinkle fighting or skin bleaching ingredients that might reduce brown spots and age spots among other things.
They may bleach your clothes, but will mostly damage your skin. One example of this is propylene glycol. There are no antioxidants, peptides, DMAE, jojoba oil, things that would actually contribute to healthy and softened skin.
Actifade ingredients include Aqua , Glyceryl Stearate SE, Cetearyl Alcohol, Mineral Oil, Ceteareth-20, Isopropyl Myistate, Glycerin, Petrolatum, Butyrospermum Parkii Fruit. Shea Butter, Sodium Metabisulfite, Propylene Glycol, DMDM Hydantoin, Methylparaben , Propylparaben, Citric Acid, Glycolic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Licorice, Disodiium EDTA, Fragrance Shea butter is an amazingly deep moisturizer.
Overall Impression of Actifade:
Actifade gives the idea that you will turn back the clocks of time and have this amazing and beautiful skin. What they promise is actually very vague and relatively easy to fulfill. But what they provide is nothing short of pathetic. I mean really, it’s not that hard to provide one or two skin bleaching ingredients without telling you that bleaching your skin would probably seriously damage your skin. Moreover, it may damage the delicate skin around your eyes as well as your eyes.
