Since the skin around the eye is the most delivate skin on the whole entire body, it is no womder that our eyes suffer the most damage. It is too bad that our eyes are also the place on our bodies that everyone we talk to see and the area that can make us look more tired, older and unhealthier then we really are.
Skinceuticals promises that if you use their Eye Gel AOX+ that you will notice a huge difference in the appearance of your eyes. They promise that you will reduce photo damage, fine lines and wrinkles that can make you look old, puffiness and bags that can make you look unhealthy and dark circles that can make you look tired.

Skinceuticals Eye Gel AOX+ through innovative science when it comes to both the delivery method and the list of ingredients. The Skinceuticals company say that both of these aspects come together to give you an eye treatment that exceed any other eye treatment that you have tried in the past.
Although I am impressed with their break though technologies, which I will discuss in greater detail later, I am not sure if I totally buy that this is the best eye treatment out there. I can’t help but feel like they are missing a few very key elements and that there may be more hype behind this eye treatment then actual results.

The ingredients in this eye treatment are mainly antioxidants. They say that these antioxidants come together to create a strong force that neutralize and stabilize free radicals found in the skin. By doing this, you can expect stronger, healthier and more vibrant skin. You can also expect to see fewer lines, wrinkles and dark spots.

The delivery method is what they call “serum-in-a-gel technology” which means although the consistency of the Eye Gel AOX+ is a gel, it acts as a serum and is able to reach the proper cell in the skin. The left over gel is also able to work as a barrier on the skins surface, which helps to protect the skin while the active ingredients are working in the deeper layers of the skin.
Price Tag
This eye gel is actually quite pricey compared to some of the other eye gels out there. Skinceuticals Eye Gel AOX+ costs $85 for 15mL of gel.
Final Thoughts
Although there are some pretty neat things about this eye gel, I think there are a lot of eye treatments out there that work better. If you are looking for an eye treatment to reverse the signs of aging, rejuvenate tired eyes and reduce puffiness and dark circles then I think you may want to look for an eye treatment that offers more than just antioxidants. Look for things like peptides, hydrators and skin amplifiers.
