Stress takes a toll on the body and the skin in general. It can cause age spots, wrinkles, and the graying or whitening hair that we see with many presidents and ex presidents alike over a short period of time. With lack of sleep, you can develop bags and dark circles under the eyes, and over time they may not go away with a quick nap or otherwise. Of course, you should always follow a healthy diet, make sure your skin is getting enough vitamins and minerals and otherwise nutrients to help it to protect the rest of your body from the elements in general.
But it’s worth it to consider taking a trip to the spa just to relax or otherwise take a little time out for yourself. Your skin takes a lot of the buff for whatever you do to your body in general, and it definitely feels the effects of negative stress among other things. All in all, keep your stress levels lower when possible and otherwise keep your skin and body nourished for greater skin benefits in general.
