Stress takes a toll on the body and the skin in general. It can cause age spots, wrinkles, and the graying or whitening hair that we see with many presidents and ex presidents alike over a short period of time. With lack of sleep, you can develop bags and dark circles under the eyes, and over time they may not go away with a quick nap or otherwise. Of course, you should always follow a healthy diet, make sure your skin is getting enough vitamins and minerals and otherwise nutrients to help it to protect the rest of your body from the elements in general.
But it’s worth it to consider taking a trip to the spa just to relax or otherwise take a little time out for yourself. Your skin takes a lot of the buff for whatever you do to your body in general, and it definitely feels the effects of negative stress among other things. So whatever is going on in various ways, your skin will show it. All in all, keep your stress levels lower when possible and otherwise keep your skin and body nourished for greater skin benefits in general.

If you have dry or itchy skin, chances are your skin is not properly moisturized, you are using some damaging chemical, and in essence your skin loses moisture as you age. So you are speeding up the aging process probably without even knowing it. So if you have itchy skin, just because it’s annoying, you should get rid of it, but for other reasons as well.
One of the easiest ways to do this is actually to use baking soda. Baking soda is well capable of giving you that healing element that your skin could use, and it can be used in a bath, a mask for your face, or otherwise. Oatmeal is another famous one. Oatmeal baths are good, and frankly there are a lot of products that have been around for 50 years or more that still use oatmeal to relieve dry, itchy, and irritated skin.
Lemons can be surprisingly good with all their antioxidants and vitamins, and of course if you really just need moisturization, shea butter serves as an excellent moisturizer that helps you to achieve better results in general. it just depends on why your skin is itching among other things as far as what results you are trying to get.

I don’t personally see plastic surgery as a really helpful or for that matter helpful procedure. I see maintenance as a good thing, rebuilding collagen and elastin as a good thing, etc. I mean there are good and bad candidates for a surgical facelift. But quite frankly, it can easily be botched or messed up by an inexperienced surgeon, and frankly it can produce complications even with the best medical professional. It’s one of those things that if you are really uncomfortable with it, then there are so many different options outside of this. On the other hand, I do not disagree with reconstructive surgery.
There are so many disfiguring accidents, chemicals, etc that can happen to you no matter who you are or what your circumstances. There are diseases and otherwise like buruli ulcers that truly are tragic. No matter how accepting we think we are as a society, frankly we look at people differently when they suffer a disfiguring accident, even though it is not their fault, it is completely unnatural, and the circumstances are quite frankly tragic to say the least. So that I do agree with.
But frankly, there are a lot of people who get excessive surgeries because they have a disfigured picture of themselves. That requires therapy, surgery will not fix that. All in all, things have to be realistic, and there are so many alternatives in general.
