Dark Circles Away Review
Do you walk around with the “just woke up” look all day long because of your puffy and dark under eye circles and bags? Maybe you attempted to hide them for a while with layers of make-up or a favorite pair of sunglasses.
Dark under eye circles can be a tricky thing to cover-up and even trickier to get rid of. Lucky for you, Dr. Brandt’s Dark Circles Away claims to have the ingredients that can make the difference in your daily routine.
Let’s take a closer look and see if Dr. Brandt’s Dark Circles Away can really brighten, lighten and refresh your eyes as promised.
Included Ingredients
Dark Circles Away includes four active ingredients that work to create a lightening, de-puffing and refreshing effect on your dark under eye circles and delicate skin around your eyes.
The four key ingredients included in this formula are:
First included is a blend of plant compounds that work synergistically to block the formation of dark circles, under eye bags and puffiness.
Additionally you will find micro-encapsulated spheres called Hydra APS that work to penetrate the skin and produce beneficial hydration.
Third is a special blend of Amino Acids and Hyaluronic Acid. These acidic compounds work to create and use collagen which allows for increased skin elasticity and a less hallow appearance around the eyes.
The Lumisphere and Cold Ball Applicator is last, but definitely not least. This applicator tip provides a cooling and soothing sensation while concealing and brightening the dark under eye area.
Application Instructions
Application of Dark Circles Away is easy. You start by washing your face so that you have a clean palette to work with. From there, gently apply the cool ball applicator to damaged area. Finish up by patting the damp skin with fingertips until dry.
Additional Important Information
There was a clinical trial performed on this product. However, you should keep in mind that it was performed by the makers of the product and so there may have been somewhat biased reports of results.
However, according to the Dr. Brandt website, results are as listed below after a 4 week clinical trial on women ages 35-65.
• 92% saw a decrease in puffiness
• 96% had a reduction of under eye circles
Because this product is so new, there are hardly any consumer reviews about the product, which is a downside for any potential users who want to hear from someone other than the company. The ones we were able to find are quite split on whether or not this product works. It seems that it works amazingly for some and for others it produces absolutely no results.
Fortunately though there have been no reported side-effects to date.
What we Think
With the high retail price of $55 per bottle, we believe there are product out there that provide more proven results for a similar or better price. We would recommend trying somewhere else before resorting to this unproven product.
