They claim it has intensive results to truly help you to achieve all the results you are looking for and reduce bags, dark circles, and lines around the eyes. This in mind, they claim that you will finally see the radiant and beautiful eyes you’ve always wanted.

Philosophy Eye Hope makes a lot of claims for such a worthless formula. They completely disregard the fact that you need eye specific ingredients to treat that thin skin. They completely disregard the idea that you need more than one effective ingredient with the right amounts. They completely disregard how damaging the wrong ingredients can be. But it’s a cheap product, and realistically speaking what else can you expect.
Overall Impression of Philosophy Eye Hope:
We would not recommend using this formula. Philosophy is a big company yes, and they produce fine lotions and bath scrubs. But the simple fact is that an eye cream is much more complicated and apparently harder and more expensive to build. As such, they have not accomplished that feat, and we would recommend finding something else.
