Caracol Cream Review
What is Caracol Cream?
Caracol cream, the solution all our grandmothers would tout and tell us is the best thing that ever happened to their skin…..as a moisturizer. But Caracol Cream has changed in the years since our grandmothers first started using it. Now they claim to "defeat even the deepest of wrinkles" and provide a formula that has won the "American Anti-Aging Association Gold Award in 2007." The big problem with that being, there is no American Anti Aging Association Gold Award. It was created by the manufacturers as a way to market their product as are the majority of if not all of those "awards." Caracol Cream also costs $59 per bottle now, which is considerably higher than in years past.
Price:$59.00
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Caracol Cream ingredients include allantoin, collagen, elastin, glycolic acid, anti biotic peptides, vitamins, and natural solar filtrate. But there is no full ingredients list.
They won't list this on the site, even though their formula technically has changed over the years to include some wrinkle fighting ingredients. You would think they would be proud of that. The ingredients that are generalized or not listed at all are worth nothing, which is why they're probably not even on the bottle. In addition, collagen and elastin have been outdated and outrun by peptides, which actually force the skin to start producing its own collagen and elastin again, instead of just supplementing it.
Overall Impression of Caracol Cream:
Caracol Cream is a longstanding name in the industry of moisturizers. We've heard some comparisons that were less than appealing, but were apparently meant to be good. Anyway, it now has some anti aging ingredients, but really only the ones used 20 years ago. Now we have something better, and they have failed to catch up. There are various customer complaints, and there is no reason to buy this product.
