What is Derma Wand?
Derma Wand is one of a number of machines generally found only at spas. The difference is that Derma Wand can be bought and used in the comfort of your own home. Their wand is supposed to deliver 114,000 cycles of currents per second, which apparently means you can stimulate and increase your blood circulation, delivering oxygen to the skin and reducing wrinkles. They base their product on the idea of positive and negative charges, and apparently you should get flushed and plumper skin.

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Derma Wand's main claim is that it can maximize the benefits of the things you are already using. There are broad claims, and we have seen similar products claiming to reduce cellulite, regrow hair, and provide other benefits as well. We wouldn't be surprised if Derma Wand also did this. There is nothing proven about this technology to be quite frank, and it shouldn't be used if you have vital machinery such as a pacemaker, as it will disrupt that flow, even if it doesn't increase blood flow.
Overall Impression of Derma Wand:
If Derma Wand actually did increase blood flow, it would be logical to assume that it would increase oxygen delivery and otherwise nutrient delivery to the skin, which would include any other products you are using. But there is nothing that would prove this to be true, because it's not. They do send you extra serums and tips on a monthly basis. But it will cost you $80 per month to get them, and they seem to imply that you need them to see results. All in all, it's too expensive and doesn't show any results.
