What is Hydroderm?
Similar to botox, Hydroderm is the anti wrinkle solution flocked to by millions, or so manufacturers like to claim. Apparently, more than 750,000 people have tried it and seen amazing results, because their specialized system will deliver collagen right to the skin. But there is no proof of any of this. It has been on the market since 2003 and uses the protein Vyo Serum to tighten the skin and smooth them out. They use animal collagen, and it really doesn't assimilate well through the skin.

Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Hydroderm ingredients include Collagen (marine), Distilled water/lgepal, Cephene, Methyl Paraben, Ethyl Paraben, Plopyl Paraben, Butyl Paraben, Isobutyl Paraben, Synasol, Serum Protein, Purified water, PRE Complex, Sodium Methylparaben, Imidezolidinyl Urea, Trisodium EDTA, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid and Ascorbic Acid.
Marine collagen is not natural to the human body and may not therefore assimilate well with the skin. They use quite a few parabens and other irritants, and they really don't use any other supposed wrinkle fighting ingredient besides the marine collagen.
Overall Impression of Hyroderm:
Hydroderm has a 30 day "trial offer", which means an expensive auto ship program you may not know to cancel before your 30 days is up. They really have no clinical research, and the collagen they do use is of a lower grade than you will find in most. Solid evidence always helps, and Hydroderm doesn't have it.
